How long will it take to setup my account?
In most cases, your account will be setup and activated within 24 hours to allow time for fraud prevention checks.

Is there a contract or a minimum time commitment?
No, you may cancel your account at any time. Refunds will not be issued for partial months payments with the exception of our 7 day trial period.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes. During the first 7 days, if you decide to cancel your account for any reason your payment will be refunded in full. This offer applies only to new accounts and/or new domains.

What payment methods are available?
We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders. Other methods can be arranged when necessary.

What happens if my website uses more bandwidth than is included with the hosting plan?
We offer many hosting plans so that you may upgrade your account and avoid overage fees. In the event your account exceeds its bandwidth quota, your website will be suspended from operation until the first day of the following month. Detailed bandwidth statistics are available in our control panel, so you can monitor your usage and purchase additional bandwidth or upgrade your hosting plan if you account is close to suspension.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my account at any time?
Yes, simply contact our sales department and request that your account plan be changed.

When will my invoice be due each billing cycle?
You will be billed on the first day of each month. Your first invoice will be prorated for the remainder of the month. Signups occurring the last week of each month will be billed for the remainder of the current month and the next month as well. Customers without reoccurring payments scheduled will receive an invoices by email 15 days in advance of the billing date.

What happens if my payment is late?
After your payment is 10 days late, your account will be suspended until payment is received. If you have not submitted payment after 30 days, your account will be closed and your website(s) will be removed from our server. Dedicated server owners must submit payment within 10 days of the due date or the account will be closed.

How can I change my account or billing information?
Click here to log into our billing system and edit your account information. If you do not have your login details please refer to your welcome email or contact our support department.

How do I cancel my account?
You may cancel your account via our billing system or email our sales department with your account details.

Do I have access to update my site 24 hours a day?
Yes. FTP and control panel access are available to you 24 hours per day.

Can you register a domain name for me? Can you set up domains other than .com, .net, and .org?
Yes, our domain registration fee is $15 per domain for .com, .net, and .org domains. We can assist with registering other domains extensions (fees for registering other domains vary)

Do you host warez sites or sites containing illegal material?
No. Please see our Terms of Service regarding this.

Do you host Adult sites?
Yes. We will host any website that is within the guidelines of our Terms of Service.

Is my site backed up and how often?
Website backups are primarily the responsibility of the domain owner. Full websites backups of files, databases, and emails can easily be performed via the control panel at your convenience. We recommend backup up your website a minimum of once per week, and before any major changes to the content as well. We perform weekly offsite backups all domains as well. In the event of a hardware failure on the server, we may be forced to restore data that is as much as 7 days old.

I would like to get started right away, but my domain name hasn’t transferred yet.
After signing up for any hosting account, you will receive an welcome email with detailed instructions on accessing your website space. This email contains instructions to upload your site before your domain name has been pointed to our server.

I changed my password and now I can’t log in.
All account passwords are case sensitive. PassWord is not the same as password. If you continue to having problems signing in, contact our support department.

Where should I upload the HTML files for my website?
After connecting to your site using FTP, upload your file and graphics to the /www/ directory.

Where should I upload CGI scripts for my domain?
Upload CGI scripts to the /www/cgi-bin directory. Ensure the file permissions for your scripts are set no higher than 755.

How do I access my domain’s control panel?
Point your browser to http://yourdomain.com/cpanel. Your username and password are contained in your welcome email.

How do I access my email?
Configure your email client with the following information:
Incoming mail (POP3): mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com
We also offer webmail services to every domain by going to http://yourdomain.com/webmail.
Using either method, your username is your full email address.

How do I connect to my website using FTP?
Using a FTP application, connect to ftp.yourdomain.com. Your username and password are contained in your welcome email.
