Description
Responsible for inventory accounting activities for assigned entities, including stock valuation, reconciliations, month-end closing and cooperation with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement teams.
Responsibilities and accountability
Requirements and expertise
- Perform end-to-end inventory accounting
- Validate inventory transactions and stock movements
- Process inventory adjustments
- Perform month-end inventory closing
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Support Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain
- Support internal and external audits
- Prepare reports and analyses
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and company policies
- Perform additional finance-related activities
Personal skills
Education
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or another relevant business field.
Work experience
- Minimum 3 years in Accounting or Finance
- Inventory accounting experience preferred
Critical Competencies
- Inventory accounting knowledge
- IFRS knowledge
- SAP FI/CO
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Fluent English
