Richard Roudeix is Chief Executive Officer of Velogy, responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction and leading its performance as a standalone European business and go-to chemical company. Prior to becoming CEO of Velogy, Richard has held senior leadership roles in LyondellBasell, Basell, Elenac, Montell and Shell, with accountability for Europe, Asia and International. Richard applies edge by driving the growth strategy of Velogy and ensuring best-in-class talent in the industry. 

Richard graduated as civil engineer from Ecole des Mines (E) and completed a post graduate degree with Ecole du Petrole et Moteurs. 

Among his leading professional engagements, Richard has been President of EPCA (European Petrochemicals Association), Vice President of Plastics Europe and executive board member of CEFIC, chemical Industry trade association in Brussels.

Dario Giudici is Chief Commercial Officer at Velogy, responsible for commercial strategy, customer relationships and market execution across the olefins and polyolefins company portfolio. Dario applies edge through relentless customer focus, outside-the –box co-innovation with customers and agile execution across Europe’s competitive markets. 

Dario held several leading roles in sales and marketing at LyondellBasell and brings broad experience across sales and operational leadership, portfolio management and customer centric commercial models in competitive European markets. Before starting at LyondellBasell he was a Sales Engineer & Market Manager at Henkel and Sales Manager at PolymerLatex srl. 

Dario holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the Politecnic of Milan and an Executive MBA from Bocconi University. 

Jimmy Schop is Chief Financial Officer of Velogy, responsible for financial strategy, performance management, reporting, governance, and risk management, as well as oversight of IT and digital capabilities. He ensures technology investments support business strategy, scalability, and security.  Jimmy applies edge by uniting finance and IT to enable faster, data‑driven decisions and sustainable value creation. 

Jimmy held senior finance and performance management roles at LyondellBasell, driving capital discipline, transparency, and enterprise decision-making, after starting his career at PwC. 

Jimmy is a Dutch Certified Public Accountant (RA) and holds a master’s degree in accountancy from Nyenrode Business University.  

Robert Roiger is Chief Transformation Officer of Velogy, responsible for leading the transformation and performance agenda across the portfolio, with a clear focus on driving operational improvement and growth, strengthening cost competitiveness, and delivering value creation along the chemical value chain.

Robert applies edge through disciplined execution of transformation programs, hands-on operational steering, and rigorous performance management. He works closely with management teams to drive restructuring initiatives, optimize industrial footprints, and deliver sustainable margin improvement.

Robert is a Partner and COO at AEQUITA, where he leads the Operations function, overseeing portfolio performance and driving end-to-end value creation across industrial businesses.

Prior to AEQUITA, Robert held leadership roles in technology-driven manufacturing companies, successfully executing multiple complex restructurings and transformations. He began his career at Horváth & Partners.
