General Terms of Sale

The general terms and conditions applicable for the sale of our products and services below are applicable in the country of establishment of the selling entity, and exclusively governs any sales order and/or agreement between such our selling entity and supplier (unless otherwise governed by an effective (outline/master) agreement between the parties).
